This page explains what happens to the details you share with us through this website.

The contact form

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message. We only use them to reply to you. They're never sold, shared or added to a mailing list.

Messages are sent to us by email through SMTP2GO. To keep spam out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and an anti-spam service checks each message before it reaches us. A copy of each message is kept by our website provider so that nothing is lost if an email fails to arrive.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. It sets cookies to do this, but what it collects doesn't tell us who you are. The spam check on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) may also set a cookie it needs to work. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or turn off Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for as long as we need them to look after your enquiry or your piece of jewellery.
